María Lorena Ramírez is a long-distance runner from Chihuahua, Mexico.
Lorena belongs to the Tarahumara people and proudly competes wearing traditional clothes and footwear. Since she became internationally known in an ultra-distance race in 2017, Lorena has been an inspirational icon for her people.
