Hamilton Grange Visit & Talk en español+ Brunch

Join us for an amazing walking tour in Spanish to Hamilton Grange followed by a talk about Hamilton’s life and contribution to this country. This event is a great opportunity to discover the home of Alexander Hamilton completed in 1802. Hamilton Grange National Memorial preserves the legacy of Alexander Hamilton and his role in founding the United States. The group will visit the restored home and listen to a talk by Jorge Gallegos about the life of Hamilton as an immigrant in the United States.
The group will meet at Hamilton Grange. We’ll walk for approximately an hour, so be prepared for a long walk. Bring comfortable shoes and cash for the donation.
Afterwards, we’ll get to Hamilton Hall restaurant for brunch.
Where: Hamilton Grange Visit.
Meeting Place: The group will meet at Hamilton Grange on 414 W 141st St. Take the # 1 train and get off at 137 St – City College station. Please arrive 15 minutes in advance.
When: April 8 at 12:00 pm (on the dot).
Who: Anybody interested in having a good time, practice Spanish, learn about American history and meet new amigos.
Why: To go for a healthy walk, learn about the history of New York and the United States and practice Spanish
