DESCRIPTION:Enjoy a Saturday full of art\, culture\, great company and mucho español!  \nWe’ll start our adventure at the Whitney Museum where we’ll explore their Shifting Landscapes exhibition\, featuring works from the 1960s to the present. \nWhether depicting the effects of industrialization on the environment\, grappling with the impact of geopolitical borders\, or proposing imagined spaces as a way of destabilizing the concept of a “natural” world\, the works gathered here bring ideas of land and place into focus\, foregrounding how we shape and are shaped by the spaces around us. \nAfter the museum\, we’ll keep the conversation going with a walk through the High Line. \nThe tour is completely in Spanish with English to clarify some specific topics. \nSpanish level: All levels are welcome\, but some knowledge of Spanish is highly recommended. \nMeeting point: Meet the group at the main entrance. \n\n\n \nHow much: $38 for all. The fee includes the museum tickets.
