Payments & Refunds
For your convenience we accept most credit cards in addition to checks. Payments can be processed online (PayPal), by phone or in person. All courses and programs must be paid in full prior the first lesson.
Tuition fees for our conversation sessions (TALK) are refundable if requested in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the start of the class.
Tuition fees for private lessons are refundable if requested in writing at email@example.com. Please note that all lessons taken by the student’s program will be discounted from the refund and charged as single sessions and there’s a $35 processing fee.
Introductory Lessons cannot be refunded.
Make-up sessions can only be applied to private course packages as follows:
- 5 lesson package: 1 Make-up session
- 10 lesson package: 2 Make-up sessions
- 20 lesson package: 4 Make-up sessions
Rescheduling and Cancellations
To cancel or re-schedule individual or a series of sessions, students must notify Easy Español at least 24 hours before the day the session is scheduled otherwise the session will be charged.
Private lessons can be scheduled at your convenience for up to six months after registration depending on our availability.
All small group courses dates are as indicated; no make-up classes may be scheduled for these courses.
All private students have access to our exclusive learning materials throughout the duration of their course. Access to these materials will be granted after they purchase their first package.
Easy Español does not save confidential information such as credit information nor does it provide students / clients sensible information such as emails, phones, etc to third parties.
