Description
This course will take you on a cultural and gastronomic tour of Spain to learn and understand its rich culinary variety, as well as Spain’s art, history and culture.
During this course, we will study the cultural and gastronomic diversity of the main Spanish communities, the main products and dishes of each region, their history, and –of course- their recipes.
This course will include some cooking sessions to enhance the experience. The students and the coach will cook together -in real time, via online- some of the most representative dishes of Spain’s cuisine.
This is the perfect course to practice conversation and have fun cooking. If you like eating food from Spain, want to learn more about this country and its culture, and want to learn how to cook some of its best dishes, this course is for you!
